The upper end of the roller shutter device should have reliable fire prevention equipment. When making a box or ceiling at the lower end of the roller shutter, it is necessary to set up a detachable movable cover plate. It is necessary to reserve a 500 × 500mm detachable access hole at the lower end of the electric roller shutter machine side for maintenance and upkeep.
If there is significant vibration or abnormal noise during the operation of the rolling shutter, the machine should be stopped to check and remove any debris that may hinder the normal opening and closing of the door curtain.
The rolling shutter door curtain and rust prone parts should be regularly treated with anti-corrosion, painting, and maintenance. It is forbidden to use heavy or hard objects to impact the storefront.
It is necessary to maintain a distance of more than 200mm between the upper limit position of the bottom beam seat of the rolling gate and the lower end of the bearing frame to ensure that there is no occurrence of collision when braking is stopped.
During the process of suspending the opening and closing of the roller shutter, it should have the function of stopping with the position, and there should be no continuous downward movement due to suspension. If the occurrence of a downward movement interval greater than 50mm occurs, the control electrical appliances and roller shutter mechanism actuators should be carefully inspected and repaired immediately, and the operation should be stopped normally.
The rolling gate machine should be checked regularly (at least twice a year) during operation, sliding, transmission, and other parts, and oil should be added in a timely manner as needed to ensure the normal operation of the rolling gate.
When operating the roller shutter, it is necessary for the operator to stand in a position where they can see the operation status of the roller shutter, otherwise accidents may occur and damage may occur.
All electrically operated roller shutter doors must have the same opening and closing direction as indicated by the switch box, especially when testing with a new power supply or changing the phase line of an external input power supply. The door curtain should be placed at half the height of the door opening using a manual device first. After connecting the power supply, the roller shutter door should be operated to open and close until it matches the indication before it can be used normally. Otherwise, the limiter will be damaged, causing the roller shutter to roll back or top up, resulting in loss.
The rolling shutter door curtain and rolling shutter machine must not come into contact with acidic or alkaline solutions to prevent corrosion of the exterior of the door curtain.
