What precautions should be taken during the use of fireproof rolling shutter doors

1. After installing the fireproof rolling shutter door, install the sealing plate. The edge of the sealing plate should be 50MM away from the fireproof door panel to avoid friction.

2. When debugging and using fire-resistant rolling shutter doors, it is strictly prohibited to stand below, and motor facilities must not be dismantled or moved without authorization.

3. According to the fire management regulations, Dongguan fireproof doors and fireproof rolling shutter doors are specialized fire-fighting facilities and cannot be used for other purposes. No debris or other items are allowed to be stacked directly below the rolling shutter doors.

4. After installation and debugging, start once every quarter to check the performance of the fireproof motor and smoke and temperature sensing, and pay attention to operational safety during the inspection.

5. The sliding and transmission parts of the rolling shutter door machine should be regularly inspected and maintained (at least twice a year) to ensure the normal use of the Dongguan fireproof shutter door.

6. The fireproof door curtain and rolling shutter motor must not come into contact with acidic or alkaline solutions during use to prevent corrosion of the rolling shutter surface.
